The room was as described, clean, and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly, addressing any issues promptly. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Like the price and location as well as the staff at the reception. The guy at the tourist desk was very cooperative and gave many suggestions on where to go. Think the room we were at (503?) need some overhauling.

They maintain the room very clean. Especially the Bathroom. Location is ideal for shopping at the popular low end markets in Kuala Lumpur; such as China Town and Masjid India. You can reach other locations too very easily as there are two railway stations (LRT and KTM) and a few bus stations located close by. It is so good that this hotel is totally away from the crowded China Town area yet it is located within walking distance. I was also happy that a branch of KFC and an Indian restaurent which operational 24 hours a day, too are located just a few meteres away from the hotel on the same side.

The hotel room is too small and they only had a very small mirror fixed on the wall. No dressing table as such. Size of the room was very dissappointing.

Convenient location near bus terminal and Indian food options. Small cozy rooms with amenities such as TV and safe. Friendly and helpful staff, including reception and restaurant. Manager ensures a well-managed stay. Will definitely return.

This hotel is extremely affordable (value for money). Rooms are small but sheets were clean and bed comfy enough. Bathroom recently refurbished so it was very clean. Noisy at night as windows are very thin glass, but in a good central location between cbd and chinatown. Conveniant. Staff were very nice!

Doors and windows were not sound proofed, so it was quite noisy at night when I was trying to sleep. When other guests returned to their room or talked in the hall, I could hear everything like it was in my room. And the window frames were so thin that you could hear everything from the street. It didnt really bother me, but it could be improved.

Good location, it is near to both China Town and Bukit Bintang. Hotel staff was helpful.

Rooms are not very big like in the pictures. Like most of the hotels in Kuala Lumpur you have to pay a deposit (in cash). However, the hotel was okay.

Great location in the heart of the city centre, with easy access to restaurants and shops. Rooms are in good condition and well-appointed, with basic amenities and TV. Breakfast is included and offers a good selection.

The hotel is located in an impeccable location opposite the Pudu Central Bus Terminal, making it convenient for city exploring. The staff at this hotel are friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay. Basic amenities in the rooms are well-maintained and as per request, including a light fixture and other people's suitcases.

All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory, nothing to complain about.

The location is convenient for shopping and with plenty of eating options withing walking distance. Importantly the room and toilet was clean, which made the stay comfortable and enjoyable. The is very friendly and corporative.

Despite having confirmed the hotel booking on the 25 of july 2012 we were told on arrival that booking is tentative and availbility of rooms were not certain. After a one hour wait we were assigned room category lower than what we booked - (delux) we were assigned the deluxe room only the following day. After three days we requested whther we can omit the breakfast. But the request was declined on the grounds that we have already confirmed booking via the inter net hence they need the pay the commission to booking com
